Ashburton Karate

The Karate Academy team of instructors all work to the same lesson plans.

That means that if you can't make a session in Ashburton you can train at one of our other venues and know that you are getting the same training as your friends in your usual venue.

	Ashburton Karate Dynamic exercise in self defence at the Ashmoor Leisure Centre in Ashburton. The class is for all ages and levels of experience, and we will be adding further classes soon. Martial Arts in Ashburton with our traditional Karate! Confidence is gained by experiencing successes, and these are best taught in a friendly but disciplined atmosphere. Our Black Belt instructors are here to help you to get fit and learn self defence. These classes are new, so most of the students are beginners, and you can join straight in. We're at the Ashmoor Recreation Centre on Tuesdays and Thursdays 6-7.30pm each day. Call us on 01626 360999 to book your first class. It costs nothing to try us out. Training in Karate is not expensive. It is easily comparable to lessons in any other discipline or activity - but with practical benefits!
